Ajibola obtained his LL.B (2008) from the Lagos State University and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2009. He is a member of the firm's corporate and energy law teams.

Ajibola advises the firm's clients on a wide range of transactions relating to EPC contracts, marine, labour relations and free zones matter. He has worked closely with clients involved in executing some of the major projects, including the OFON and EGINA projects, awarded by IOCs in the Nigerian energy sector.
Ajibola also provides the firm's clients with specialist knowledge on regulatory compliance encompassing core permits and licences for their operations. In his role as a compliance adviser, Ajibola interfaces on behalf of clients with agencies such as the Department of Petroleum Resources, Nigerian Ports Authority, and the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board.
Ajibola has to his credit published essays in Employment and Energy Laws for which he has gained recognition. Ajibola is an avid outdoor sportsman and serves as a community volunteer in his local community.
